Well, actually it's my father in laws. My son programmed a 30 sec skip button for them. He had an issue the first time with the sequence or numbers pressed. The second time he got it right, tested it and voila, success.
Except....after he left my in laws now can't use the "1" key. When they do, it shows a "0".
I had them try reversing the batteries to try to reset the remote to scratch, but no dice.
Any thoughts or advice would be MUCH appreciated!
