Uncharted 2 opinions

i was always expecting it to be great but, GOD DAMM its friggin AWESOME, one of the best (if not best) games ive ever played.

Not sure how to vote here... it blew me away but I expected it to do that :lol:

i'll be getting my copy this weekend finally.... I really want a digital SLR though LoL

I still haven't opened it. I read Tycho's opinion on the piece and it seems uber hardcore.

I want to sink it to, not play for an hour or two and then have to go to bed. I got a 3 day weekend so...I hope to start on Friday morning and finish it by Friday night :P or at least Saturday.

I think the only bad thing I can say about the game is that the melee still feels wonky but it feels more like its there for cinematic purposes now. This is no doubt the best looking game I've seen. Sometimes I would think a realtime cutscene was still going but it had switched to gameplay. :D It's not even just about how it looks from a screenshot- playing through with the lighting and animations just makes it look so incredible. :D

Yeah I don't think you'll be finishing the game in 1 day... it's doable but that's pretty hardcore IMO.

I love the hand to hand in this one, one of the best parts I think. Also love grabbing people and tossing them off ledges or choking them out.

I haven't played the main game (if it's anything like the first I won't enjoy it very much) but the multiplayer is top notch. I played the demo/beta more times than I'd like to admit. Naughty Dog really hit a home run with the multiplayer as it's much better than Gears' multiplayer...

Hands down the best Playstation 3 title to date and winner of GOTY IMO. I have never enjoyed a SP story this much with the exception of MGS 3 Snake Eater. To everyone whom is avoiding it because they did not really enjoy Uncharted then you shouldn't cause this one is a lot better. I finished the first 1 a week before this came out and even though I did like it U2 is miles ahead in terms of story, polish, graphics and cut scenes. My only grip is the weapon selection which like the first is still a little short.
