H20 Receiver Blue Screen

I have an H20 receiver that is stuck on a solid blue screen. Like the blue screen you see at startup but it never shows any text or anything. When I push the reset button the screen goes black and then to the blue and that's it. Any suggestions other than replacing?

Maybe try unplugging it for a minute and plugging it back in. I had one do that once that had to be replaced but it actually gave me words on the blue screen. If the unplugging reset doesn't work, I'd give DTV a call.
