VIP722 vs 722k

Any reason to upgrade? I currently use the OTA on the 722 so I would need that capability in the 722k.

With the 722k you can record four HD channels at the same time. With 722 you can only record three. When installed the 722K has a OTA tuner that can record two show at the same time. I have both I the 722K is what I watch most.

I'm pretty sure the K doesn't come with the OTA tuners. You have to buy the tune. I think it is around $30

I think I just have a regular 722 and I just got mine 2 days ago. Shouldn't I have the newest one? I can record 3 hd. One of them being over the air antenna which I don't use.

As far as the dvr it's the best one I've ever used and I've had many cable ones, two directv dvr's, and now this one. GREAT dvr. The dvr alone is worth being on dish.
