Remote access lost

Near the beginning of a two-week vacation, I lost remote access to
my 622 DVR. I assumed my home network was down.

When I returned home, I checked the DVR and found that it was online.
According to System Info, the DVR is online. I can ping it from my
router. When I attempt to connect to the DVR via the Dish website,
I am told my DVR is offline. I have tried reboots, logging in and out
of my dish account to no avail. I contacted tech support which also
verifiied that the DVR was online. Their solution was to submit a
trouble ticket.

Any ideas of what the problem is? Any way to directly logon to the DVR?
Any workarounds?
