Headphone Jack that Will Not Dissable Speaker?

Greetings all. I am trying to find out if any knows of a 3.5mm Headphone adapter that I can buy and use that will not shut down my LCDTV speakers when plugged in? I have no Analog Audio Outputs on my LCD TV and have to use the Headphone Jack (3.5mm to Female RCA) to send audio to a 2.1 soundbar. I do not use the Sound Bar all the time and want my speakers on all the time. Thanks for the help!

That feature is part of the connection port on the TV so there is no adapter that would resolve your dilemma. Once something, anything is plugged in, the speakers are disconnected.
