Problems playing 4:3 on PS3?

I cannot figure out how to get my PS3 to play 4:3 content on my 16:9 Sony HD tube without is stretching it to 16:9. I've fussed with settings on both the deck and the tv.

It seems to be with DVD content, and with SD content on BD. Like today with the new BD version of 'Wizard of Oz', it plays the HD feature fine, but stretches all of the bonus content (which on disc one is all SD) to 16:9.

Anyone find a solution for this? I hate everyone looking all wide and porky.

It is in the menu setup options. I don't recall the exact menu selections you need to set. I think there are two and one is to tell the PS3 you have a widescreen display and the other is to tell it how to display 4:3 content. If you can't find the menu choice(s) and nobody stops here to exactly describe the procedure, I will turn my PS3 on later today and get the exact menu options needed for setup.

I think that it's under video options, but it has been so long since I used the PS3 menu for anything other than FW updates.
