I'm in my 5 month out of 6 months of being billed around $82 per month. (1st 3 months were much cheaper from promos). After my 6th month, my bill will go to $118:( per month. I'm a new customer also. I have America's Everything along with GoldHD. Anything I could do to lower my price per month and if so, when? Thanks so much;)
I'm also in my 5 month out of 9 months of free DHPP (protection plan, $6 per month). I will cancel that as soon as my 9th month is up

It took me 2 attempts but the advice does work. Depends on the rep you speak to I suppose.

I called today and got Platinum for free:thumbsup:. They also waived the $5 charge:lol:
Still a $118 per month bill:(
What can you do;)
