It's like people just forgot about what a healthy Carson Palmer can do with a good running game.

We can't prove it for 2 more weeks, but we're the best team in the AFC North right now. Only a few teams with better 1st strings in the whole league.

We just gotta keep em healthy and get the most out of our depth, and depth is one of the things I've seen improved.


But we gotta get rid of Chris Crocker. I had high hopes for the guy, but he's every QBs target when we play them for good reason. Ndukwe should be starting there.

My daughter who is a Bengal fan said she had never seen so many Chad Johnson jersey's before today at High School & my buddy on COD4 changed his clan tag to [CinB] as they are very excited as I am sure you & the other bengal fella on here are & you should be. That is what the NFL is for to have fun when your team is winning.

Now that is a statement I totally agree with.

But I am not gonna argue with Bengal fans about who is better right now as they have every right to enjoy beating the Super Bowl champions. We all know who has the best talent & as you said the cream does rise(as long as it can get healthy)
I live in the Cincy area & have a ton of friends who are bengal fans & I have watched them almost totally loose interest in football because of what a mess Mike Brown has made in Cincy so I don't talk trash to them like I used to as the bengals along with oakland fans don't deserve to go thru what they go thru.
So once again I say great job last sunday by the Bengals.

To see the smile on his face this morning on the sidelines & hear his speech in the locker room after the game made me very glad the Bengals won as it had to be real tough for him to go out there after such a tragedy. I just totally missed it as I only watched Pitt/Detroit & Dallas/KC.

I loved Cedric Benson at TEXAS & always thought he got a raw deal from Chicago as far as never getting a real chance & the way it ended there for him, so it was sweet to see him run all over the Bears like that. I'd say Benson was the happiest guy in the whole NFL today & should have been.

I'm more worried about the Raiders this week than I was the Steelers last week. Cincy always shows up against the big teams. Especially rivals. But we always overlook the little guys. Happened with the Texans earlier and nearly the Browns.

If we can handily beat the Raiders, Detroit and Cleveland I'll actually be happier than I am about the two Steeler wins.

It's the teams we're supposed to beat and end up losing to that kills us.

Our whole team this year is full of miscreants.

Tank Johnson, Chris Henry, Roy Williams, Cedric Benson, Ochocinco, Chris Crocker....all considered locker room cancer or another teams trash.


The difference is the Bengals are finally embracing these players and coaching to their strengths. We go into games with a confident chip on our shoulder now. It's our identity, it's just we've finally learned to embrace it and utilize things from those types of players.
