NEW YORK, Sept 25 (Reuters) - Dalton Chiscolm is unhappy about Bank of America's customer service -- really, really unhappy. Chiscolm in August sued the largest U.S. bank and its board, demanding that "1,784 billion, trillion dollars" be deposited into his account the next day. He also demanded an additional $200,164,000, court papers show.

Attempts to reach Chiscolm were unsuccessful. A Bank of America spokesman declined to comment.

"Incomprehensible," U.S. District Judge Denny Chin said in a brief order released Thursday in Manhattan federal court.
"He seems to be complaining that he placed a series of calls to the bank in New York and received inconsistent information from a 'Spanish wom[a]n,'" the judge wrote. "He apparently alleges that checks have been rejected because of incomplete routing numbers."

"These are the kind of numbers you deal with only on a cosmic scale," said Sylvain Cappell, New York University's Silver Professor at the Courant Institute for Mathematical Sciences. "If he thinks Bank of America has branches on every planet in the cosmos, then it might start to make some sense."

Just the fact that anyone can institute a lawsuit like this just shows how much in need of an overhaul our court system requires.

Indeed, the word frivolous does come to mind.

If B of A had any balls, they'd countersue.

A mere pony in pigs eye, the turkey would defacto own BOA. And then could field all those law suits from unemployed former employees.

No matter what injustices result, the legal profession wins as they can take both sides in any subsequent laws suits.

Calculated obsolescence simply does not apply to the legal profession. No matter what, they win, we lose.

So all the Liawyers would get a pony too. Plus a saddle with bangles and a maybe a vest with a sheriffs badge. We can only chastise their profession so much,,,after all,,,it's we the people that initiate all these stupid law suits. The lawyers are merely a tool to a foolish means. The lawyers aren't stupid, they understand greed better than most. What is troubling about their profession, is the lawsuits they generate on "behalf" of your own good. This is where sensible tort should be enacted allowing you or meself to take back that pony. Or to cut their wancker off. :D

I got into a little fender bender about a year ago and have a letter from my insurance agency stating that I'm being sued for 100,000,000.00, yes that's one hundred million dollars!!! I talked to the agent and they said that it's a record for their office, we had a good laugh about it. They offered the guy 3500.00 dollars and told him to go pound sand. Lawyers can really be morons.
