Should I Leave Dish for Cox Digital HD TB?

I have had two Dish DVR's die on me. Remote 2 (from upstairs bedroom) doesn't always work when TV1 is on so the move is more service/technology than price. Cox is providing 1 dual tuner plus two boxes (they say 180 hour capacity). 100 "viewable" chanels (plus another 100+ musci channels) including locals plus 65 HD channels, free installation (waived the $54 fee) for $60 for six months incuding HBO/Showtime. After 6 months, without premium stations would be $80.89 regular rate. Did not mention "contract"

Any thoughts/opinions out there?

I can't speak for Southern California but I lived in Norther Virgin until late last year. Cox cable quality was second to everyone. Hell, rabbit ears would have been better. Could not get a dish at the time because I lived at the foot of a hill with a wall of trees on it.
