Okay I was looking in to things here and I came across this page:

We are currently in the Classic silver 200 package listed on that page are the HD channels.
Of the extra channels I went through and have 10 of 12 of them, if I have 10 of them I am wondering if why the other two are not be available to me?

I called yesterday to check why I did not have SpeedHD in my TurboHD Gold and the guy told me that it is only available with HD channels coming with the Classic Silver 200. And the reason for that is that the provider does not want it included in the TurboHD package. :eek: This is one BS reason if I have ever heard one.
The kicker is that TurboHD does not exist anymore or so the only way I can get this channel is to upgrade to Classic Gold or Silver and pay an extra $10 for the HD lineup that corresponds to these packages.
