My HK AVR 135, which I've used for five years, just gave up the ghost. It will not turn on from stand-by mode and I'm fed up messing with it. Thus, I'm searching for a replacement. Please advise me as to which receiver you recommend. Here is what I'm looking for in a receiver:

1. Good for watching movies and listening to audio (AM/FM, CD's, and cassettes).
2. Budget: about $200.00
3. At least 5.1 surround capable...I may upgrade to 7.1 in the future.
4. Good warranty, reliability, and reputation.
5. Room size is approximately 15 ft x 24 ft with carpeted floors (no drapes or anything that will absorb lots of sound).
6. I have no components which require HDMI.

All recommendations are appreciated.
