I have a yamaha dpx-830s that i picked up on ebay. I have an input question. This projector has hdmi and component input. The projector is 720p/1080I. I am hooking it to a hd cable box and a lg blu-ray player. My question is will it make a diference if i run rgb component to the projector? my onkyo 7.1 receiver only accepts component and not hdmi can i run my cable and blu ray through the receiver or should i buy an hdmi switcher and run hdmi to the projector? will i loose any resolution or image quality by running the signal through my receiver via rgb?
