I have connected my laptop to my Samsung 32" HDTV( 5 series) via VGA cable. I am getting a perfect display of the computer on my HDTV. But there is this message "check signal cable" which stays in the middle of my TV display and does not go away.

Is it because of the VGA cable I am using or is it because of my video card ( i am using nvidia 8600M GT and windows vista). :confused:

Is it possible for me to disable this message "check signal cable" on my TV.
