I tried a few different outlets in the house and it still buzzed at every one. Then I just took it next door and same thing happened there. Am I correct in assuming that this TV power supply is faulty then?

I just don't want to have Newegg say "there's no buzzing sound" or "it's at an acceptable level" when they receive it, so I'm trying to exhaust all other options.
