The vendor asked for some OS related questions and I answered them for her (Brenda Hu). Although I would really like to see a Blu-Ray disc created by the vendor using settings recommended by them which i will ask them for next. This should preclude any variables to the disc outcome. The only thing that would vary is the time it took to convert based on one's machine..
