Currently, my DishNetwork satellite receiver connects from DVI to DVI.
I want to purchase a HD DVD player as well as upgrade my satellite receiver to HD. all will have a HDMI connector. HD DVD players are no longer made.
What is the best way to connect these HDMI connectors to my TV (no HDMI)? Looking for best quality connection. Am I out of luck?
BElkin makes a HDMI to DVI cable with special box that optimizes the signal (bought it) Snake oil. Any DVI to HDMI cable will work just fine. You can purchase one here - http://www.monoprice.com/products/product.asp?c_id=102&cp_id=10231&cs_id=1023102&p_i d=2218&seq=1&format=2 for about $7 and will work as good as any other.
Any assistance would greately be appreciated
