We recently upgraded to the Sammy 3090. I love the picture and quality, but we are continuing to have a recording issue. I posted about this a week or 2 ago, but had no responses. Fox HD is not recording certain shows for the full time, or they are making multiple recordings throughout the hour. For example, Hell's Kitchen would record from 9:00 - 9:23, 9:25-9:29, 9:28-9:45, etc. the same thing happened on So You Think You can Dance, another Fox HD show. TWC (we are in NYC) also had no answers, so they sent a technician out. He couldn't figure it out, so he replaced our box with another Sammy.

Last night, on our new box, we again recorded Hell's Kitchen. All seemed to be going ok, but the recording stopped at 9:55. There was then abuot a 15 second interval, and a second recording continued from 9:55-10:00. So, this seems to be the same issue. Is it possible that this is a signal/wire problem that is causing this. Again, it has only happened on this one particular channel (on multiple shows) and on 2 different boxes. My wife is getting frustrated, which in turn frustrates me! We are going to test SYTYCD tonight, but I expext I will have the same result.

Any advice, thoughts, help?
