Hello ,For what've read about mitsubishi tv and of fixing them they are not reliable.One of the most common failure (besides the green light of death,research about that on google)its that the lamps need to be replaced every year,the ballast also fails which is the board that powers the lamp,the colo0r wheel the one in charge of producing the colors.I also heard of the overheating that causes the lamp to blow sooner.You will need to clean the fans every once in a while.My recommendation is to get either a Hitachi or Panasonic,those rarely come in for repair.
