I went to the local office and swapped the box out. It didn't solve much. However, I did figure out that on dvr items and on "on demand" items it goes to "not supported mode". Some channels also cause this to happen. If I switch the inputs on the TV from 1080 to 480 then i can "see" it. A friend of mine told me I need either a new TV or a new receiver to convert the signal. Any ideas? I hate to buy a new anything since these work.
