PFC, great to hear you guys had a lot of fun at the carnival. There's nothing like some good 'ol traditional family fun.
I hope everyone had a great holiday weekend!

Those are the moments that really make me glad I became a parent.

I get that same feeling when I hear the beginning music for Disney movies remembering the Disney movie every Sunday at 7:00pm when the whole family watched it together. Being the youngest (of five) I always got the worst floor seat, but it was still a great memory.
We started a tradition at fireworks that goes back to when my oldest kids (now 18 & 19) went to the fireworks with me. We name each type of fireworks and call them out when we see them. One looks like the Omega symbol, and another looks like a Weeping Willow tree so that is what we named them. My oldest 19 year old daughter still calls them out when she watches them.
