When they list resolutions they are talking about 2 different things. One is the native resolution and can only be ONE resolution, but they also talk about what resolution the inputs can accept which would be all the other resolutions listed.

Earlier on most displays could not accept all resolutions, but now nearly all new ones will accept all resolutions but they can only display the single native resolution of the display which is WHY they are called "Fixed Pixel displays".
