Vermont Public Televison in Burlington VT is broadcastiing 3 480i sub-channels channels (all are 704 x 480 with 4:3 aspect ratio) in addition to their 1080i HD sub-channel. 1 of the 3 SD channels is a little burry, possibly due to the age of the programs, but the other 2 are fine..

OTOH, Fox in Burlington VT is broadcasting a single 480i sub-channel in addition to their 720p/60 HD channel. However, they are using a non-standard format for their SD channel: 528 x 480i. The picture is really blurred because of the low horizontal resolution. It is easily the poorest picture broadcast in the Plattsburgh-Burlington market. So much for the comments about 720p broadcasters having an adavantage.

P.S. No station in this market is broadcasting 640x480i. All except Fox are using either 704x480i with an AR of 4:3 or 704x480i with an AR of 16:9, both of which are standard ATSC formats..
