I think there is a difference between motion controllers and motion capture systems. Playing Ragdoll Kung Fu on the PS3 is a lot of fun with the motion controller. I can't see how you could be in that much control without a physical controller though. On top of which, the motion capture systems have got to be massive resource hogs, at least for now.

Having said that, I will freely admit I could be wrong. But to me there is a distinct difference between having some motion sensing in a controller and having a system that intends to completely get rid of the controller.
