Let me re-phrase to be clear. Does it work when using Windows Media Center to stream WMV files over a network to a PS3? I'm assuming it will because if the system uses this codec it should use it all the time.

I haven't tried it yet due to my current set up. And on top of that, my PC has decided to start acting up and the DCOM service is hammering my CPU. I can't watch my videos anymore for some reason.
