I called and yes, they switched me to extreme. I was fortunate that there was no change in monthly cost. I also took the full movie channel, I currently have the $25 movies+HBO package, but now get Cinemax all free for 2 months ($50 savings) and if I call by a certain date, I can go back to my $25 plan. If I want it, it is $5 more per month. So far so good, but I haven't seen my new statement yet, should be interesting
