Make sure you follow their tips about settings and file types. But convedrting HD video to WMV is just generally a bad idea, as it's not a format meant for TVs.
It is my understanding that even HD WMV files have some trouble. I've tried to stream HD WMV to mine and only get video, no audio. That's as far as I got.
