I recently converted an antique credenza into an entertainment center but making two of the drawer faces able to slide in on barrister rails, but there isnt much ventilation with them shut.

I was thinking of somehow adding a couple computer fans on the back of the unit to get some flow but my question is how to power them and which ones to get. My receiver, onkyo SR506, doesnt have a switched outlet on the back. So what is the best way to power the fans only when the receiver is on?

Where is a good place to get some of fans?
