Upconversion is great and it has played every disc (very good quality discs that is with no scratches) PERFECTLY.
Im guessing some issues with earlier models was fixed in the refurb I got. Noticed no problems with this model and I just upgraded to firmware 2.3 via CDR with NO problems what so ever.
Maybe im lucky.
I give it a 5/5 stars. Except I have nothing to compare it with though.

If you got a Blu-ray for a $150 and it has worked great, that sounds like a 5/5 star rating to me. It would be really hard to find problems with that deal.
