Also how is your internet speed (and how are you determining its quality)? I'm semi-interested in their TV package, but I already have their internet service (6 Mbps) and it sucks. They made some changes in early Feb. and since then we encounter major congestion on any traffic going thru Dallas and since most everything on their network goes thru Dallas.... well, you get the idea. Their tech support has been clueless.
