I think I'll wait 5-10 years before I go there. By then I probably won't need so many.
For now I just have a few rare titles (like Taking Lives) on a hard drive. But for me most of the value is in the collectibility aspect, ie, the discs themselves, so the only real backup for that is having an extra disc.
