Directv and McDonalds are corporations and are run by people who are CEO's and Presidents of their companies.
There is no difference when you look at it in that way.The public makes a company popular.And if the product is affordable to that public,that company does better bigger business

By the way Emil,
AMC HD will probably be here before you know it ,since the cable companies are in bed with Directv.We already have several COMCAST(which is a cable company) HD Sports channels on Directv.
