WD HD Media Player will not play the files ripped from AnyDVD HD. You will need a few programs to convert the files ripped from Blu-ray using AnyDVD HD into playable video file. Before you do that you need to know which video stream file on the Blu-ray disc is the main movie. There are many posts on this board or on AnyDVD HD board that will explain the steps way better than I could. Then I would use a program called Tsmuxer to convert the file into m2ts file, but before you do that you need to make sure the English or other language you want to watch the movie with audio file is not DTS HD. If it is, then you will need to demux the video stream into both a video file and an audio file by using TSmuxer. Then use an audio convertion program called EA3TO to convert the DTS HD into AC3 file that most of video convertion programs will understand. After that, use TSmuxer to re-mux the video and AC3 files back into one m2ts file. For some older Blu-ray discs you can use Nero 9's Nero vision to convert the m2ts into MPEG 2 HD which WD Media Player will play. Somehow Nero vision doesn't works on newer Blu-Ray titles. For those I use Alive HD Video Converter. Both TSmuxer and EA3TO are freeware, but Alive HD Video Converter is not.

Messing around with Blu-Ray DVD files, I'll tell you, it's not for the faint of heart and often you will be doing this than not.
