Take it back BUT DON"T mention the 1 bad pixel because the manufacturers recognize only " a Group of dead pixels, as a defect I'm not exactly sure of the number of dead pixels necessary to be recognized as " defective" it's like 6 or 8 in the same general area. Simply return it to walmart and tell then it don't work properly they do not question returns because they are handled at a service desk and they will not connect it to test it. But if you tell them there's 1 dead pixel you'll be outta luck
