Unhappy

I been trying for close to the entire trial period to output my project to DVD and have not succeeded. Tech support at Magix isn't quite sure what the problem is and has been very little help so far. I gave them my video specs asking that they provide me with the project settings to output to DVD. No response yet...
I captured video of the same event at the same time using 2 Canon HG10 cameras. Both were set at the same capture quality too. Audio was jacked into one camera from a soundboard where the other just used the cameras mic. I've put together the videos using multicam editing and it plays back within the application like it should. Once I start the transcoding process, it runs for about 2 hours then throws an error stating that there was a problem with the encoding. No error code, just a plain vanilla message. I've tried exporting the video into several format types and the completed files are 650mb. The video and audio are good for about 3 minutes then the video goes blank and there's just audio, then after about 2 minutes the audio goes out and the run time on the player just shows the rest of the 1hr 30+ minutes of what should be video.
I'm about to give up Magix and go back to Sony Vegas. It's a bit more work getting the clips synced, but it works.
If anyone out there has used Magix and has successfully created a DVD with a multicam project similar to mine, please let me know what I'm doing wrong.
