On my TV I can move the screen but there are limitations and I can't move it enough to remove the black bar. I talked to another Comcast techie and she said this is a problem and for me to request a new model number box. She said they are getting ready to replace the older DCT3416's...

After standing in line for 40 minutes last time... I've scheduled an on-site and they are suppose to be here between "2pm and 4pm"... we'll see what happens... I'm leary of Comcast.
