Looking for recommendations for pulling in some of the stations in the 50-80 mile range with out over powering the closer stations.
My current antenna is on the roof about 30 feet off the ground and has a rotator on it already.
The cable runs from the antenna about 45-50 feet to the basement to a 4 way splitter and then has two runs that are about 25-30 feet long going back to the second floor tv's .
I am planning on ordering a CM7777 to replace the cheap Magnavox pre-amp that just went bad.
I was thinking of going with a DB8 and a VIP-307SR or a HD8200U by itself, any thoughts?
Would I need to run a distribution amplifier because of the long runs after the splitter?
