Welcome to the forum!! With the signal levels you have I would go with the separate antennas(91-XG & YA-1713). While the suggested Winegard combo antenna is a good choice; the separates will provide superior UHF performance, and better multipath rejection.

The low noise CM7777 pre-amp is also a good recommendation as it has separate inputs for VHF & UHF antennas. This is the most efficient method of combining the 2 antennas.
