main problem is getting transportation there and help because I live in college campus going up the stairs etc... and it was a hassle. Does Bestbuy usually provide customers with a free something to get it fixed? I really have no incentive if all I'm getting is another new TV because of going there, waiting an hour for them to get settled down, then putting it in my car, then carrying up the stairs then unpacking and such....

Any other thoughts?
