Is your BD Audio setting set to Mix? If so, that is wrong.
You are connect via HDMI right?
Here try these settings on your 550:
1. Audio Priority: HDMI
2. Audio (HDMI): Auto
3. BD Audio Setting: Direct
4. Audio ATT: off
5. Dolby digital: Dolby Digital
6. DTS: DTS
7. 48khz/96khz PCM: 96khz
8. Audio DRC: Wide Range
9. Downmix: Dolby Surround
