Well you MUST select it with many movies for that HD soundtrack to be chosen. Rarely is there a DtHD track that is automatically selected by default.

I am not familiar with your receiver model. Does it have a HDMI version 1.3 input and does it have the HD audio decoders built into the receiver? If not, you should select PCM output so the player is doing the decoding so you can actually hear the HD tracks. Since your receiver DOES (after looking it up) you can either have the player decode it or the receiver decode it by sending Bitstream from the HDMI connection. If you choose PCM the receiver display would likely say Multi-channel PCM or something like that, but if you send bitstream it should display the HD audio codec being used on the receiver display.

Using the player though can allow dual audio tracks for PIP, and some BD-Live content that you cannot get by using the bitstream and having the receiver do the decoding.

Hope this helps!
