No, all you have to do is look at the average sales rate of a BD titles versus the few that have sold tremendously more.
It is massively unlikely that with the vast majority of BD films selling less than 100,000 units, that those selling significantly more are selling to only those same people. The studios are the ones who claim to have data indicating that an owner of a standalone BD player buys more BD films on average than a PS3 owner and that makes perfect sense.
So where do the extra sales come from? I'd say pretty obviously from PS3 owners. It's possible most SAL owners don't buy many films and for some reason a few films just sell to dramatically more SAL owners, but it's far more likely that the average sell rate to SAL owners is fairly consistent and the dramatic increases come from a larger group of PS3 owners than what is typical.
