Most movies arent in 3D, so I dont see how you can come up with the conclusion that people are fine with glasses in the theatre. We already have two people in this thread(ack) who dont like it. Ive seen about 3 movies in imax 3D but I would not prefer it on most releases.
And people are less likely to put up with it at home. If you have more than one person watching, it would just be plain goofy handing out glasses and everyone would feel like corey hart wearing sunglasses at night.
