I have Comcast with the motorola DVR box. I have been fooling with the settings for a bit now. I changed the box setting to 1080. I may try to set it back to 720. If deadhead is right then I am a bit bummed here. people are always telling me that HDMI cables make a huge difference! I do have a 37 inch TV, and I know that Rumor has it that HDMI does not make much of a difference on smaller sets.
Well my next step in search of the perfect picture may be satellite. Fios is not yet available in my area.
