Australia (&Germany): Blu ray Sales Start To Wobble

GFK claim that initially Blu ray sales seemed to meet expectations, following the end of the format war, with sales of Blu ray players increasing by more than 50% in early 2008 however despite this boost sales did not continue to rise and have now moved into decline vs the early sales success.
September saw another turnaround, when sales figures increased by up to 27% compared to August, however sales in volume terms still remain low. Nevertheless, due to decreasing prices of Blu-Ray Players and Discs there should be further positive development in this market. ......
