Not true. None of my receivers are connected to phone lines. (8 in all) No problem with RSNs. Either here or when I lived in NY. When I lived in NY I would bring a receiver here, again no phone line, again no problem with NY RSNs at the time. In fact I know others that still live in NY and come here for a visit to their summer homes. Again NP getting NY RSNs. As most if not all RSNs are Conus not spot. That's why you can get them all over the country when you sign up for sports pack.
