I see so many complaints about compression related to Comcast. Might give one the idea that the best thing to do is give up on pay TV and go Blu Ray. I am obsessed with movies. I love old movies in HD. Recently I have searched the internet for the movies I am watching in HD on Comcast. There are a lot of movies that are not yet available on Blu Ray. Older classics are not available, as well as many modern movies. In spite of the occasional flaw, HD is the real deal. I say Comcast beats Blu Ray.
