TVs are NOT multisync devices, they ONLY sync at 60 Hz. SD and HD.

You need to supply a signal to the panel equal to it's native resolution for best results. This is probably 1280 x 720p/60.

SiS isn't know from quality graphics... you might consider an NVidia card with support in the drivers for 720p... as long as your display has a VGA input, might as well use it... but graphics cards are available with DVI and Component out as well.
