Wow that is bad business. Blu-Ray has a gigantic uphill battle. The BDA should go to the DVD Forum and try to get approval and change the Blu-Ray name to something much more familiar to people “HD” “DVD”. They should also get some sort of contract from Toshiba as a joint venture to produce Blu-Ray players with HD DVD compatibility so that they can capture the 1+ Million current HD DVD owners along with implementing SRT into Blu-Ray players.

This way everybody wins hands down.
